Ghaziabad, Oct 28 (ANI): Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said that if BJP is left with little shame, then it should dissolve the legislative assembly of Delhi and hold fresh elections. Kejriwal's statement came after the Supreme Court slammed the Central government as well as the Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung, for delay in taking decision regarding government formation in the national capital. He added that people in Delhi are troubled by electricity and water problems, which the AAP government had resolved during its rule. Gorakhpur, Oct 28 (ANI): Thousands of Hindu devotees in Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh thronged markets to buy the traditional items required to celebrate the Sun God festival, 'Chhath'. A devotee Bimla Mishra said that the festival is very important and is considered extremely auspicious. The Chhath, celebrated on the sixth and seventh day after Diwali, is significant for married women who observe a three-day fast and standing in waist-deep river water, present religious offerings to the Sun God. According to tradition, on the first day, devotees, mostly women, take a dip in the river and begin fasting. Another devotee, Manju Tripathi, said that devotees fast for the fulfillment of their wishes. On the second day, rituals are performed at home. Chhath is considered an extremely auspicious festival by the people of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. The festival has also gained popularity in metropolitan cities like Kolkata, Pune and Mumbai, too, where there are large numbers of migrants from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Oct 28, 2014

Anushka was injured on the sets during a fight sequence. 'Rudramadevi' is a huge project for both Anushka and Gunasekhar. They have put in their heart and soul to make this historical project a memorable movie in their film career. The first look posters of Anuskha and Allu Arjun were highly impressive. Sopore, Oct 28 (ANI): Police busted a militant module by arresting two members in Jammu and Kashmir, said a senior officer. Superintendent of Police, Abdul Qayoom, said the module was set up by Pakistan-based militant outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba and used to provide logistics to the extremists in Sopore district. Militants have been frequently attacking security bases in Kashmir since the 1990s, when there was a full-blown insurgency against Indian rule in a region over which India and Pakistan fought two of their three wars.
