Japan's SoftBank CEO meets PM Narendra Modi in New Delhi

New Delhi, Oct 28 (ANI): Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Japan-based telecom giant SoftBank Corporation, Masayoshi Son held a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. Son, who was accompanied by a delegation of his company directors, covered many issues during his interaction with Modi. Softbank, one of the major telecom and internet corporations of Japan, will seek opportunities in the sectors of e-commerce and telecom in India. Vietnam's Prime Minister invites Indian business leaders to invest in Vietnam

New delhi, Oct 28 (ANI): Vietnam's Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung invited Indian business leaders to invest in his country's infrastructure projects. Dung addressed a seminar hosted by India's leading industry bodies such as the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in New Delhi. Dung hoped that the investors would enjoy the mutual benefits in Vietnam and bolster bilateral trade between the two countries. Addressing a news conference, Manjhi said the two leaders held talks on establishing direct air route between Vietnam and Bihar. Manjhi also said that Dung has agreed upon organising a Vietnam business conclave in Bihar and vice-versa. Meanwhile, Dung said the strategic ties between the countries have benefited the world. The two also agreed upon further strengthening ties in farming, fisheries, food processing, education and tourism sector, apart from improving facilities for tourists visiting Buddhist centre of Bodh Gaya in Bihar.
