Jason Bateman to direct and star as 'IPO Man'

New Delhi, 29 Oct (ANI): Jason Bateman is set to direct, as well as take on the lead role in upcoming film ' IPO Man.' The Fox Searchlight project, which is based on a Wired Magazine article titled Meet The Man Who Sold His Fate To Investors At 1 dollar A Share, by Joshua Davis, written on a real story of a man named Mike Merrill, a web portal reported. He would play Merrill, who had offered himself as a novel commodity for public, and starts to face problems when shareholder s start demanding control over life decisions like having a vasectomy, or moving in with his longtime girlfriend. New Delhi, Oct 29 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 217.35 points up to stand at 27,098.17. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 61.15 points up to stand at 8,088.75. SRF and NCC were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 20.00% and 7.66% along with BF UTILITIES LTD and MAX with an increase of 7.40% and 7.31% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include JUBILANT and PIIND with a decrease of 11.31% and 6.07% along with CEATLTD and ORIENTBANK with a decrease of 4.40% and 4.25% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 316.86 points at 18,259.29 while the banking sector is down 42.95 points at 19,030.60 and the reality sector is up 42.82 points at 1,479.82. Modi had launched the 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' or Clean India Mission, on birth anniversary of freedom fighter Mahatma Gandhi to modernise sanitation within five years. The video titled 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' (One India, glorious India) has been released to create awareness among the masses on cleanliness. Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini and top sporting stars like Sachin Tendulkar, Mahindra Singh Dhoni, Saina Nehwal, Mary Kom and Sushil Kumar feature in the video. The video is directed by film and television actor, Rajeev Khandelwal, and lyrics are given by Rani Malik.
