New Delhi, Sep 25 (ANI): The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has shied away from introducing comprehensive energy subsidy cuts and on the contrary taken up a campaign on conservation of resources. Union Oil Minister M Veerappa Moily stated this at a news conference in New Delhi.
