New Delhi, Oct 05 (ANI): Reacting to CAG report that has stated that every third child in Gujarat is underweight, CPI leader Gurudas Dasgupta on Saturday said that if Gujarat Chief minister Narendra Modi is unable to take care of malnutrition in his state then how he will solve poverty issues of the country if he becomes the Prime Minister.
