Union Cabinet gives nod to Telangana with Hyderabad as joint capital for 10 years

New Delhi, Sep 03 (ANI): After a Cabinet meet at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's official residence in Delhi on Thursday, the Cabinet gave a nod to bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and creation of Telangana with Hyderabad as the joint capital for both the states for 10 years. Home Affairs Minister Sushilkumar Shinde confirmed the same and said that a group of ministers is formed who will ensure the safety and security in all the three regions and to ensure all legal measure.
