Dhaka, Nov 3 (ANI): The activists of Bangladesh's Gonojagoron Mancha are demanding execution of death sentence for 1971 war criminals. The activists participated in a rally in Dhaka to highlight their demand for quick execution of the tried criminals. Blood-letting erupted across the country at the end of February when the war crimes tribunal gave death sentence to a top leader of the Jamaat-e-Islami. Earlier on October 09, Bangladesh's war crimes tribunal handed a life sentence to Alim, a former opposition lawmaker.
