New Delhi, Nov 12 (ANI): In a bid to woo voters once again, Congress President Sonia Gandhi will be addressing rallies in poll-bound Chhattisgarh today. The region cast its vote in the first phase of assembly polls yesterday. Despite sporadic attacks by Maoists, the voter turnout by the end of the polls reached 67 per cent.
