New Delhi, Oct 10 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Friday adjourned the hearing on Aircel-Maxis deal case to Thursday and asked the CBI lawyer KK Venugopal to take notice and answer on the same day. Petitioner in the case, Subramanian Swamy said that Maxis Company owns 100 percent of the Aircel company, which is illegal according to Indian law. Kathmandu, Oct 10 (ANI): UNICEF South Asia Ambassador Aamir Khan said its time to change, give equal rights to girl child and join hands to fight malnutrition. Khan said in Kathmandu that child stunting remains one of the greatest development challenges in South Asia, adding that stunted children have stunted bodies, stunted brains and stunted lives. Khan, who is on a three-day visit to Nepal, was named UNICEF's national ambassador for India in 2011. Zuckerberg, who is visiting India to participate in an event to boost Internet usage, did not give details. Facebook's final WhatsApp acquisition price tag has risen an additional$3 billion to roughly$22 billion because of the increased value of Facebook's stock in recent months. WhatsApp works across different types of phones, across borders, and without advertising. Zuckerberg, 30, is in India on a two-day visit and was speaking at the first summit for Internet.org, an organization led by Facebook which, he said, "wants to connect the whole word." Rajouri, Oct 10 (ANI): Schools along border in Rajouri district of Kashmir have been closed down amid continuous shelling. Police said that parents are not sending their children to school due to fear of firing along the fence. Almost 20,000 Indian civilians have fled their homes in the lowlands around Jammu region to escape the fighting, taking refuge in schools and relief camps. On the Pakistan side of the border, villagers moved among piles of debris from walls and roofs of their homes destroyed by mortar shells. India held a meeting on Wednesday of its top security officials to discuss how to handle the conflict. Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has called a similar meeting on Friday. Jammu, Oct 10 (ANI): A day after AIIMS medical team probing the death of Shashi Tharoor's wife Sunanda Pushkar, concluded that she died of poisoning, her cousin Ashok Kumar alleged that the death was planned. He said that the family knew from the very beginning that the death was not natural but a planned murder. Kumar also questioned on various issues like no CCTV at the posh hotel where Pushkar died, injury marks on her body, among others. He also demanded a CBI probe in the case and said that Pushkar should be imparted justice. Jammu, Oct 10 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah visited migrants displaced in the intensified cross-border firing between India and Pakistan as they sought shelter far from homes. A total of nine Pakistani and eight Indian civilians have been killed since fighting erupted more than a week ago along a 200-km (125-mile) stretch of border in the disputed region of Kashmir. Abdullah said that the government is trying its best to help the migrants. India's Defence Minister Arun Jaitley has accused Pakistan of making unprovoked attacks on Indian-controlled Kashmir and threatened heavy retaliation. While visiting migrants seeking shelter in a school in Kathua district in the city, Abdullah told mediapersons, that the migrants have demanded small one-room houses far from border areas to escape cross-border firing in future.
