F1 could be more interesting if racers other than Vettel also win: Narain Karthikeyan

Greater Noida, Oct 16 (ANI): India’s first Formula 1 driver, Narain Karthikeyan said that he believes the Formula 1 race could have been more interesting world over if racers other than three times F1 champion, Sebastian Vettel too emerged victorious. He said this in the course of a news conference at the mega racing track in Greater Noida of Uttar Pradesh. On October 13, Red Bull's, Vettel won the Japanese Grand Prix but was made to wait for his fourth successive Formula One title after Ferrari's Fernando Alonso finished fourth. The 26-year-old German's fourth win at Suzuka in the last five years left him with a lead of 90 points over Alonso. India is scheduled to hold the next Grand Prix on October 27. Commenting on these events, Karthikeyan said that though he has great respect for Red Bull and Vettel, he would love to see other participants on the podium at the racing tacks. Oct 16, 2013
