Bangladesh BNP starts three-day strike, at least five people killed

Dhaka, Oct 28 (ANI): Bangladesh opposition party Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), began its three-day strike in the country that left at least five people dead and many others injured and also lead to destruction of property across Bangladesh. The BNP commenced the strike on Sunday, demanding a caretaker government during the upcoming national elections in 2014. BNP chairperson and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia said that there would be no election in Bangladesh with Sheikh Hasina as Prime Minister. Oct 28, 2013
