Narad Rai faces flak for 'people die in palaces too' remark

New Delhi/ Patna, Jan 12 (ANI): Speaking on Muzaffarnagar riot victims death, Uttar Pradesh's Sports Minister, Narad Rai on Saturday had said that death cannot be avoided and they occur everywhere, even in palaces. This statement drew criticism from Congress spokesperson, Meem Afzal and Nationalist Congress Party General Secretary, Tariq Anwar who slammed Rai saying that it is very sad that responsible people are making comments like this.
