Sabudana Khichidi

Sabudana Khichidi Ingredients Sabudana or Sago - 1 cup (Soaked in a water for an hour) Onion - 1 chopped Potato - 1 cut into pieces A few Green peas Green chilli - 1 chopped Salt to taste A few Coriander leaves Fresh grated Coconut Ghee - 1 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp A pinch of Asafoetida powder Sugar - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Method: 1. Soak the Sabudana in a water for an hour. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, onion, green chilli, asofoetida, potato and green peas. 3. Add a little water to it and let it cook. Add some salt and a little sugar. 4. Once it cooked, add the soaked sago. 5. Add grated coconut, ghee, coriander leaves and mix it well. Macher Dimer Bora Ingredients Fish Egg - 200 gm Onion - 1 finely chopped Green chillies - 2 chopped Chilli powder - 2 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp Rice flour - 50 gm Maze flour - 50 gm A few Coriander leaves Salt to taste Oil for frying Method: 1. Mix all the ingredients and marinate for an hour. 2. Once the consistency is thick, make it into small balls and deep fry it until golden brown. Serve it hot with mint chutney.
