Istanbul: Double-bombing attack kills at least 38 people

A double-bombing attack at a football stadium in Istanbul has killed 38 people and left 166 injured.Thirty police officers accounted for the dead. Thirteen suspects have been arrested.Although investigations are still underway. Turkish officials have suspected Kurdistan Workers Party (PPK) as being behind the attacks.Neither the PPK nor Islamic State have yet claimed any responsibility.
