Alabama prison inmates used peanut butter to escape, but its not the first bizarre jailbreak

A dozen inmates at the Walker County Jail, Alabama, escaped by using peanut butter Sunday. Though they were caught Tuesday, the jail break is bound to go down in the history as a ridiculous escape attempt. Taking advantage of a novice guard minding the prison doors, the inmates changed the number over their cell door with peanut butter to resemble the door outside. HBO cyberattack is seven times worse than 2014 Sony hack

The recent HBO hack may have exposed up to 1.5 terabytes of data-7 times what Sony lost in the 2014 cyberattack. Up to now, the script of an upcoming episode of  Game of Thrones and episodes of other popular HBO series have been released by the hackers. But thats far less than the total amount of data that has been hacked. The motivations of this cyberattack are still unclear. West Midlands Police has praised two plain clothed police officers who chased down a machete-wielding man in Birmingham on 13 September, 2016. Footage uploaded to West Midlands Police YouTube account on 2 August shows a man brandishing a two-foot long blade and approaching the two police officers. Police state that the man wielding the machete was a 20-year-old who shouted at the pair come on Ill chop you up. In the caption of the video, police confirm that the man was successfully wrestled to the ground and the machete was seized.Both officers received a commendation from West Midlands Polices Chief Constable – and the man was later detained indefinitely in a mental health facility.
