Delhi HC directs to stop e-rickshaw services temporarily

New Delhi, July 31 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Thursday directed to stop the services of e-rickshaw temporarily. Lawyer Sugreev Dubey said that e-rickshaws are plying illegally in Delhi and thus do not follow road rules. He added that the e-rickshaw services have immediately been stopped till the next hearing of the case which is on 14th August. Jul 31, 2014

Udhampur, July 31 (ANI): A bus plunged into a gorge in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir, killing five people and injuring several others on Thursday. The accident occurred in Dubligali area of the district, when the driver lost control of the bus packed with local passengers. The injured were immediately shifted to a hospital. Police in Kashmir recover body of Pakistan national

Poonch, July 31 (ANI): The police in Jammu and Kashmir recovered a dead body of a Pakistan national from Poonch district in the state. Assistant Sub-Inspector, Poonch police, Mohammed Shafi Khan, said they recovered the body from the drain near the Line of Control (LOC) at the border. Khan said the police brought the body to the mortuary at night and in the morning they were able to recognise the dead only after they received a call from Pakistan to claim the body.
