Chennai, Aug 10 (ANI): A native of Tamil Nadu coming back from Guinea to Chennai has been kept under observation for Ebola virus, said a doctor on Sunday. The 26-year-old man from Theni district was taken to the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital immediately after he landed from the West African country. His blood sample has been sent to Pune for test and the man has been kept in isolation ward till then. Gurgaon, Aug 10 (ANI): A child from war-torn Iraq got a new life with the efforts of Indian doctors. The13-year-old Iraqi boy was operated at a speciality hospital in Gurgaon. In June, Iraqi child Hayder Hamid Haloob was going with his family to their fields to cut the wheat crop on the outskirts of the holy city of Karbala — bordering the ISIS-controlled Jurf-Al-Sakhar area — when a landmine went off. The blast killed his uncle who was driving, and left his mother and aunt with shrapnel injuries in their arms and shoulders. Neuro Surgeon, Doctor Sandeep Vaish said that the child’s condition was very critical when he was brought from Iraq.
