The display on the rear is 4.3-inches and stereo speakers are present, presumably, for video playback. Meerut, Dec 12 (ANI): A police constable who was injured in an attack by a group of inmates of a juvenile justice home succumbed to his injuries on Friday (December 12) in Meerut city of Uttar Pradesh. A group of 16 juvenile justice home inmates attacked the police personnel when they were being brought back to Meerut from Bulandshahr after their court appearance on Thursday. According to police, the juveniles were passing lewd comments on women and when the policemen objected, the boys attacked them. Senior Superintendent of Police, Meerut, Onkar Singh, said the policemen were battered by cricket bats. Haridwar, Dec 12 (ANI): Yoga Guru Ramdev on Friday hailed UN's decision to celebrate June 21 as International Day of Yoga and said India was always recognized for its Yoga. The United Nations declared June 21 to be celebrated as International Day of Yoga, a demand put forward by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his address to the United Nations early this year. The 193-member UN General Assembly approved by consensus a resolution establishing a day to commemorate the ancient practice.
