Xolo Releases 4G-LTE Smartphone LT2000 with Snapdragon 410 SoC in India; Price, Specifications

Indigenous smartphone maker Xolo on Thursday (19 March) released a feature-rich budget 4G-LTE handset dubbed as LT-2000 in India.

The new Xolo LT2000 is the second 4G smartphone to roll-out from the company.

Xolo had previously launched LT900 back in December 2013.[Read more on Xolo LT900]

LT2000 sports a 5.5-inch HD (1280x720p) screen with pixel density of 267 ppi (pixels per inch) on the front and is protected by the scratch-resistant Dragontrail glass shield.

A notable feature of the new Xolo phone is that it houses the new generation 64-bit class Snapdragon 410 SoC (System on Chip) with Adreno 306 graphics engine. It also boasts of LTE modem enabling faster download speed close to 150 mbps speed and upload speed up to 50 mbps.

The advantage of owning a 64-bit CPU based device is that the phone's performance and RAM management is optimized so that there is no lag when the user is playing power guzzling games or multi-tasking (using multiple apps at once). Even the new Android apps, which are going to be released this year will be compatible with the 64-bit chipset, making the phone future phone.

Xolo LT2000 India price and availability details

As of now, Xolo LT2000 is available on Snapdeal for ₹9,999. Availability of the Xolo device in other online stores and brick-and-mortar shops in India is expected to be announced very soon.

Competition

Xolo LT2000 will be up against the Xiaomi Redmi 4G, Micromax YU Yureka, Lenovo A6000 recently released Micromax Canvas Juice 2, Motorola Moto E (2 Gen), Sony Xperia E4 Dual, Asus Zenfone 5, Microsoft Lumia 535, HTC Desire 526G, and soon-to-be release Xiaomi Redmi 2.
