Home-grown smartphone maker, Xolo has released a budget handset dubbed as Q900s Plus in India via online store.
The new Xolo Q900s Plus sports 4.7-inch HD (1,280x720p) IPS screen and ships with the Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out-of-the-box.
Under the hood, it packs 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 series SoC (System on Chip), 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory and a 1,800mAh battery, which can run the phone up to 23 hours of talk-time and close to 263 hours under standby mode.
On camera front, it houses an 8mp PureCel(TM) sensor and a pretty decent 2mp snapper on the front.
Xolo Q900s Plus India Price and Availability Details:
As of now, Xolo Q900s Plus has been made available on online store Infibeam for just ₹7,999.
Competition:
With a sub-₹8,000 price-tag, it will be up against popular Motorola Moto G (Gen 1), Xiaomi Redmi 1S, Asus Zenfone 5, Android One Series (Micromax Canvas A1, Spice Dream UNO & Karbonn Sparkle V), Lumia 638, Lumia 535, soon to be release Micromax YU Yureka and many other domestic brands.
