Lohardaga, Sep 11 (ANI): Tritiya Sammelan Prastuti Committee (TSPC), an armed anti-Maoist group in Jharkhand warned the ultras not to harass innocent villagers and indulge in killing those who don't pay taxes demanded by them. Spokesperson of TSPC, Prabhatji stated this to a group of media persons at an undisclosed interior location in the Lohardaga region.
