The rumoured Samsung Galaxy Grand 3 has been reportedly spotted at a popular performance testing site, revealing key specifications of the device.
According to GFX Bench, Samsung device (code-named SM-G7200), understood to be Galaxy Grand 3 sports a 5.5-inch HD (1280x720p) display and houses Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS, 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 series quad-core CPU, 1.5GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt memory.
Other features include 12.0-megapixel camera, 5.0-megapixel front snapper, standard specifications such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and some sensors.
Going by the leaked features, Galaxy Grand 3 is just an average upgrade over its 5.25-inch predecessor in terms of size and camera-features.
As of now, there is no word when the new mid-range Samsung phone would make its debut, but if history is taken as any indication, we believe the launch of Galaxy Grand 3 is just around the corner. Most of past reports have indicated that new devices get released within weeks after getting spotted at benchmarking sites.
Galaxy Grand 2 made its debut in late 2013, and is on the verge of completing its one-year cycle on 25th this month. So, logical intuition dictates us that we can expect the launch of Galaxy Grand 3 soon.
If the sources of Samsung community blog, SamMobile are to be believed, Galaxy Grand 3 is expected to set foot in India in a few weeks time.
