NCW Chairperson's remark on Bengaluru jail case draws flak

New Delhi, Nov 15 (ANI): NCW Chairperson Lalitha Kumaramangalam on Saturday refused to comment on reports that women inmates of a Karnataka prison were being pushed into forced sex and said that any action in the issue will be taken on Monday as her office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. AIDWA member Saba Farooqui said it is shameful that decision over rape case will be taken on working day. Social Activist Abha Singh said that the incident is a very serious offence and NCW should have taken immediate action. Former NCW Chairperson Mamta Sharma said that since Lalitha Kumaramangalam is associated with women organization, hence she should have given priority to the incidence. Nov 15, 2014

BSF has told National Security Advisor that Chinese troops have been spotted imparting arms training to Pakistan Army on Pakistani forward locations on the border opposite the Rajouri sector in Jammu and Kashmir.
