Mumbai, Sep 26 (ANI): The whereabouts of one accused in the gang rape of a 22-year photojournalist in Mumbai became contentious on Thursday when he failed to appear for a court hearing, while jail authorities and probe agencies passed the blame for the mix up. Earlier, Mumbai police had filed a 600-page charge sheet against the five men on September 19. Police had said that it had 'strong' evidence against the accused and had listed 42 witnesses in the charge sheet. The 22-year-old victim, accompanied by a male colleague to the mill for an assignment, was assaulted on August 22.
