Micromax YU Yureka Flash Sale 12.0 to go Live on 2 April [Update]

YU's e-commerce partner Amazon India has confirmed to host the 12th edition of YU Yureka sale on Thursday at 2pm.

Micromax's sub-brand YU Televentures Ltd is all geared for another Yureka flash sale on 2 April.

YU is yet to announce on how much units will be made available. We will update with more details as soon as we get the information.

Prospective consumers are advised to get registered to become eligible to buy the YU Yureka. If the user has already got registered for previous flash sales, they need not reapply, they will be put into the waiting-list. He/she can directly try ordering the handset directly on 2 April afternoon.

In a related development, YU is currently busy with the promotional campaign of the upcoming smartphone aka Project Caesar, which is slated to get released later this month.

On 31 March, the company started #YUNameIt contest which ends on this week Saturday (4 April). Five lucky winners of the promotion campaign stand to win new YU smartphone and other select people will win up ₹1 lakh worth of Amazon e-gift cards.

Users are advised to submit their entries with - #YUNameIt - hash-tag on company's official - Twitter, Facebook post or on the dedicated contest page (HERE), before 2 April.

Then, the company selects a few lucky names and put those on voting contest between 3 - 4 April, the one with highest votes will be chosen as the moniker of the next YU smartphone.

On 1 April, YU announced the first 10 of the many winners to follow through Saturday. These people get ₹1000 worth Amazon India e-gift card. The list includes Indranil Das, Helwin John, Rahul Singh, Suraj Thakur, Muragesh Mangasu, Ananya Singh, Greva Sharma, Akash Merugu, Nitish Paswan and Anjali Gupta.
