LG G3 Beat with Laser Auto-Focus Camera Released in India; Price, Specification Details

South Korean consumer electronics giant LG officially released the mini flagship smartphone G3 Beat in India on Wednesday.

LG G3 Beat was originally unveiled in July this year. It sports a 5.0-inch HD (1280x720p) IPS screen and comes packed with Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS out-of-the-box.

Under the hood, it comes loaded with 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU backed by 1GB RAM, 8GB (expandable), and 2,540mAh battery.

On camera front, it houses an 8.0-megapixel camera with Laser Auto-focus feature.

This unique feature measures the distance between the subject and the camera using a laser beam, enabling quick capture of good quality photos even under low-light conditions.

No other smartphone in the market boasts this kind of camera technology, except its bigger sibling LG G3. On the front side, it packs a 1.3-megapixel camera.

The new LG G3 Beat has been made available across India for ₹25,000 starting today. Last week, online seller, Infibeam had listed the LG G3 Beat for ₹24,999.
