New Delhi based consumer electronics firm, Intex has launched a new budget smartphone dubbed as Aqua Power in India.
As the name suggests, Aqua Power's main USP is its battery back-up. It boasts of high-capacity 4000 mAh cell, which can run the phone for up to 11 hours of talk time and close to 500 hours (around 20 days) under standby mode.
The new Intex smartphone also boasts of 1.4GHz MediaTek Octa-core CPU backed by Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS, 1GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB).
Intex Aqua Power Price and Availability:
As per reports, the Intex Aqua Power has been made available at all major authorised retail shops across India for just ₹8,444.
Competition:
With a sub-8,500 price tag, Intex Aqua Power will be competing with the likes of Xolo Opus 3, Microsoft Lumia 535, Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, Lava Iris Selfie 50, Xolo Q1020, Panasonic Eluga S, Eluga I, Wickedleak Wammy One, Apple iPhone 6 Plus clone Spice Mi-549and other domestic rivals.
