Home grown e-commerce company Flipkart is reportedly planning to host Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL sale in India soon.
Flipkart (via Twitter) has teased a poster with Lumia smartphone campaign phrase- "Achieve More, with exceptional Clarity and Endurance", leading many to believe that the company will sell the Microsoft Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL, which are slated to get launched on 7 April in India.
In the graphic poster, we see a medallion showing Microsoft Windows Logo highlighting battery and camera icons and it says – "A new challenger comes, to change the game!"
If we see spec list of both Lumia 640 and 640 XL, everybody would get know that the USP of these devices are camera and battery as highlighted by the Flipkart's Twitter post. Both the devices house a high-capacity battery which can run the device for more than 35 days under standby mode.
The mid-range Lumia 640 XL houses a feature-rich 13mp camera with the critically acclaimed with Zeiss Optics lens and it is backed by LED flash support (helpful under low-light condition), f/2.0 aperture, auto-focus, 1/3-inch sensor size, Lumia Camera 5 app, full HD video recording. And on the front, it houses a 5.0-mp wide-angle snapper with a full HD video recording feature.
For the uninitiated, Lumia 640 and 640 XL were unveiled at MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2015, Barcelona in March.
Lumia 640 sports a 5.0-inch IPS ClearBlack LCD screen and comes packed with the latest Windows Phone 8.1 (with Lumia Denim update) OS, 1.2GHZ Snapdragon 400 series quad-core SoC (System on Chip), 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory and 2500 mAh battery which can run the phone for close to 36 days under standby mode.
On the other hand, the Lumia 640 XL features a 5.7-inch HD IPS ClearBlack screen and runs on the Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim update, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 CPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB memory, and 3000 mAh battery.
