Kareena launches book on healthy lifestyle

Mumbai, March 16 (ANI): Fitness freak Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor launched a new book of her nutritionist friend Rujuta Diwekar 'Don't lose out, work out' in Mumbai after the runaway success of latter's last best seller "Don't Lose Your Mind Lose Your Weight". The book "Don't Lose Your Mind Lose Your Weight" focused on the simple technique of eating right and sold over 100 thousand copies in less than a year, which is followed by her new release. The new venture 'Don't lose out, work out' focuses beyond the four principles of eating right and graduates to the strategies behind it. Kareena Kapoor spoke about her journey to fitness and what it meant to eat right and stay fit. Meanwhile, nutritionist Diwekar said her book would provide a holistic approach towards fitness zeroing in on Indian women and their vexed relationship with food and exercise. Mar 16, 2014
