In yet another death hoax, it is being said that Dwayne Johnson passed away while performing a dangerous stunt scene for "Fast and Furious 7" ("Fast 7") film. The rumors of the Johnson aka The Rock's fake death started spreading this week which further claimed that the actor fell from Kauri Cliff in New Zealand on 9 June.
The fake death report stated by Global Associated News reads as, "Actor Dwayne Johnson died while filming a movie in New Zealand early this morning - June 9, 2014 Preliminary reports from New Zealand Police officials indicate that the actor fell more than 60 feet to his death on the Kauri Cliffs while on-set. Specific details are not yet available. The accident occurred at approximately 4:30 am. (UTC/GMT +12)."
The hoax of the "Fast 7" actor's death contains a video, which has been circulating on social media. It is advisable not to click on the video as it may contain virus or malware.
Moreover, what makes this report false is the about section of Global Associated News which reads as, ""FAKE... THIS STORY IS 100% FAKE! this is an entertainment website, and this is a totally fake article based on zero truth and is a complete work of fiction for entertainment purposes! this story was dynamically generated using a generic 'template' and is not factual. Any reference to specific individuals has been 100% fabricated by website visitors who have created fake stories by entering a name into a blank 'non-specific' template for the purpose of entertainment."
Interestingly, a few months back Johnson had become victim of similar kind of death hoax. In the month of April the reports of Johnson's death hoax had claimed that the actor fell from 60-foot-cliff and another death hoax had claimed that the actor died while performing stunts.
A video, titled "Rest In Peace Dwayne Johnson 1972-2014," had gone viral on social media at that time. The fans of the actor were disheartened and were attracted to click on the video as it claimed to show Johnson's death while performing stunts on the "Fast 7" sets, reported website Malware Labs.
However, all these insensitive death rumors don't seem to affect Johnson. The actor has been constantly updating about his upcoming movies and about his fitness schedule.
