Year 2014 has created a lot of buzz in the entertainment world. From Aamir Khan's "PK" poster to Salman's 'Katrina Kapoor' remark, the superstars have managed to keep the readers busy.

Here is a list of 2014 Controversy Kings of Bollywood:

Salman Khan

During Arpita-Aayush Sharma's wedding, Salman called his ex-girlfriend on stage to dance on "Chikni Chameli" song, but she refused. Then he quipped, "Ok fine, not Katrina Kaif. Katrina Kapoor, please come on stage."

It didn't go really well with Kaif after she realised that the video went viral online. However, "Kick" actor later visited her at home and apologised.

Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan broke records with his blockbuster film "Happy New Year" this year. But, the actor also landed himself into controversy when his co-star Abhiskek Bachchan's mother and yesteryear actress Jaya called the film "non-sensical".

There were reports that SRK commented on this issue that Amitabh Bachchan's "Amar Akbar Anthony" was referred to as the same in its time.

However, later it was said that Jaya's statement was wrongly reported. There were several reports that kept coming on this controversial issue and forced Khan to take the help of Twitter and shut it all for once.

Ranbir Kapoor

From attacking a TV channel crew to not being invited for Arpita Khan's wedding, Ranbir Kapoor has made numerous headlines this year. The paparazzi, who are constantly trying to get into Kapoor and his alleged girlfriend Katrina Kaif's relationship story, landed into trouble recently. Trying to get a snap of the couple, they got noticed by the actor. The Kapoor lad was so irked by the constant surveillance outside his house that he turned violent and attacked a TV channel crew member.

Akshay Kumar

"Baby" actor Akshay Kumar got into trouble when some members of his fan club on Twitter misled users by offering false jobs with the star in his films. He was so disturbed with the whole issue that he went on to the social media and said, "Heard some upsetting news... some members of my "FAN CLUB" have been misleading some fans and duping them of money with false promises of landing an assistant directors job on my films..."

Aamir Khan

Aamir Khan shocked the audience with his nude poster of his upcoming movie "PK" this year. In the poster, the actor is standing naked on a railway track covering his front with a stereo. The poster has been criticised by people for being vulgar.

Karan Johar

A few months ago, things went wrong between two best buddies – Karan Johar and Kajol. The reason was that Johar made some unpleasant remarks about the actress' husband Ajay Devgn that didn't go well with her. The matter went so worse that the duo started avoiding each other in the public as well.

But now the buzz is that the two have buried their differences and are buddies again.

Varun Dhawan

Varun Dhawan grabbed the headlines for his growing closeness with "The Shaukeens" actress Lisa Haydon. Though, both the actors denied the rumours, which were making rounds for long. But one of Haydon's statements changed the entire story. The actress while denying the rumours went on to spill some beans on the "Badlapur" actor's life and stated that he is already engaged to someone else.

Sidharth Malhotra

In an episode of "Koffee with Karan", where Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla appeared to promote their film "Gulaab Gang" some of the young actors professed their love for them.

Thus, handsome hunk Sidharth Malhotra made headlines when he said that "she is someone you would like to take to your bedroom" and left the "Dhak Dhak" actress scandalised.
