Chinese smartphone maker ZTE is all set to launch its latest Nubia brand in India. Nubia, the sub-brand of ZTE is already available in China and has established a few interesting smartphones, including Z9, offering a zero bezel design.
We received a teaser video along with the text: "Push boundaries and unlimit your dreams with the all new Nubia, as it debuts exclusively on Amazon." The teaser mail also includes a link of Amazon India, which leads to an Amazon India registration page.
The page features a covered box with nuoio logo along with a register to know more buttons.
An earlier report of GSM Arena mentions ZTE will purportedly launch ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini. The Nubia Z9 Mini was launched along with ZTE Z9 Max.
According to the report, the price of Nubia Z9 Mini is expected to be priced around ₹16,000 so assumed to fight with the mid-budget smartphones, including the latest ASUS ZenFone 2, OnePlus One, and Xiaomi Mi 4.
Nubia Z9 Mini sports a 5-inch display with 1920x1080 pixels resolution at 441ppi pixels density. Powered by a 1.5GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 610 processor, the Z9 Mini has been aptly backed by 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage expandable up to 128GB.
Z9 Mini runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS and boasts a 16MP rear camera and a 8MP front camera.
Along with Z9 Mini, the Chinese smartphone maker might also launch Z9 or Z9 Max. All the smartphones will be exclusively available through Amazon India through pre-booked flash selling method.
Another Chinese smartphone maker Meizu has also tipped to debut in India with its M1 Note smartphone. Huawei and Xiaomi has already launched several smartphones in India and recently both the brands launched their exclusive for Indian budget smartphone Huawei Honor Bee and Xiaomi Mi 4i. Both the smartphones are available exclusively through Flipkart.
