YU Televentures is bringing its newly-released Yunique smartphone to Indian customers in a flash sale tomorrow.
The ultra-affordable handset, priced at Rs. 4,999, will be available exclusively on Snapdeal starting at 12 noon on Tuesday, 22 September. Given the handset's extreme demand in the country, it will be available for a brief period, requiring registered buyers to stay alert during the sale.
As per the flash sale guidelines, only registered customers will be able to participate in tomorrow's flash sale and if you are interested in purchasing the handset, be sure to register before 8pm tonight.
Yunique makes a strong statement with its impressive specs combined with affordable price tag. The handset is powered by a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, Adreno 306 GPU for graphics, 1GB RAM and 8GB expandable memory up to 32GB. Yunique features a compact 4.7-inch display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution and 312ppi, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and Full Lamination technology.
Another great USP of the handset is the 4G LTE support in the primary micro SIM slot. Yunique also packs an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, Full HD recording at 30fps, LED flash and a 2MP 83-degree wide angle lens for the front snapper. Serving as the powerhouse is a 2,000mAh non-removable battery, offering up to 7 hours of talk time.
Yunique is different from other YU smartphones as it runs stock Android 5.1 Lollipop, but users can easily get Cyanogen 12.1 OS through FOTA download.
