Micromax's subsidiary YU Televentures has forayed in to a new product category with the launch of Jyuice power banks.
YU Jyuice comes in two variants – 5,000 mAh and 10,000 mAh. Both the models are available on Snapdeal, which is also the exclusive seller of its recently launched budget smartphone, Yunique.
The 5,000 mAh power bank needs close to three hours for charging, whereas the 10,000 mAh variant takes around six hours to get fully charged. Based on Li-Polymer battery technology, the power banks come with multi-LED lights to indicate power levels. Green signifies the battery power is more than 70%, Yellow signals the charge level below 70% but just above 30%. If the battery charge falls below 30%, LED turns to red indicating user to recharge it soon.
Top-end models come with two USB output ports - one with 5V-1A and another with 5V-2.4A and one input port with 5V2A. Its low power capacity sibling houses one output (5V2.1A) and one input (5V1A) port respectively.
The 5,000 mAh model costs Rs 699, whereas the 10,000 mAh will set you back by Rs 1,099. As a promotional offer, Snapdeal [HERE] is giving away additional 5% discount for subscribers, provided they subscribe HDFC debit card.
