The main focus of the upcoming week of "The Young and the Restless" will be on Jack, who is trying to escape from the terrible situation he has landed in.
According to Soap Central spoilers, Jack realises that Kelly is mentally unstable, and his attempt to escape will be met with a violent reaction from Kelly.
Joe will get some bad news in the first episode of the week when he is told that his paralysis is permanent. This news will devastate Avery, who will blame herself for Joe's condition, and she decides to put her life on the backseat so as to help Joe cope up with his condition.
Spoilers indicate that Victor's secret partner will be revealed in the first half of the week.
This week will also see the beginning of Neil's trial, and Devon expressing concern that Neil is sabotaging himself before appearing before a judge.

Reportedly, when Nikki is on the stand, Winston will try to prove that Neil and Nikki were just two drunks who did not care what came in their way. But Winston will be shocked when Mrs Neil Winters is called as the defence's first witness, reported Celeb Dirty Laundry.
In other "The Young and the Restless" spoilers, Victoria and Stitch will go their separate ways after realising that they no longer have any chemistry; Victoria and Chelsea will have a heated argument; and Michael's behaviour towards Lauren has become a cause for concern.
