Television actor Karan Mehra's exit from "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" had shocked millions of his fans worldwide. Karan decided to take the exit route due to serious health issues. While the viewers must be wondering as to how Karan's character Naitik Singhania's track will come to an end, the latest buzz is that the makers have shot two climaxes for Naitik. One of them is Naitik getting kidnapped, while the other the character getting killed.
"They are confused about how to end Naitik's track. One option is to show him dead. The other is to make him disappear so that there is an option of bringing him back -- by replacing him with another actor -- later," a source told SpotboyE.
The makers have shot both the tracks as Karan's character became a household name over the past several years and they are worried that his absence from the show may impact the show's ratings.
While it is not known as to which track will finally be aired, there were reports earlier that Naitik's track would end with him leaving for Nigeria for his business assignment along with Naman (Anshul Pandey).
However, after reaching the hotel room in Nigeria, both Naitik and Naman would get involved in a huge argument. The fight would result in Naman pushing Naitik into a glass pane and with the latter getting severely injured. Naman would then plot a plan to kidnap Naitik. This will also mark the beginning of a new track, wherein Akshara Singhania (Hina Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) will be seen frantically searching for Naitik.
In other news, the Singhania family will be celebrating the wedding of Yash (Sanchit Sharma) and Rose (Sippora Zoutewelle) in the upcoming episodes. For the sangeet ceremony, Naksh (Rohan Mehra), Naira and Gayu (Kaanchi Singh) will plan to invite Salman Khan for a special performance. The trio will be making an effort to get in touch with the superstar and request him to grace the sangeet ceremony.
