Star Plus hit show "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" has been revolving around the legal trouble over Ruhi's custody. Ishita (aka Divyanaka Tripathi), who has been separated from the child, is ready to go to any extent to get her child back.
In the latest development, Ishita, who is getting restless in bringing back Ruhi home, has even threatened Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) that she will bring her little girl back in just 48 hours.
Later, troubled Ishita, along with her sisters Vandita and Mihika, plans a way out to make this happen.
The sisters come up with a plan to target Shagun's lawyer, who cheated Raman (aka Karan Patel) by changing some of the clauses in court documents that changed Ruhi's custody instead of Aditya's.
Vanita and Mihika then approach the lawyer to trick him, but he soon identifies the women and makes it clear that he will stay loyal to his client Shagun. After the failed attempt, Ishita, comes into scene and blasts him for his disloyalty towards his profession.
However, the prelude to the next episode shows the lawyer suddenly changing his mind and coming forward to help Ishita win custody of Ruhi.
His shocking decision leaves one wondering if this is a trick by him and his client Shagun to make things worse for Ishita and others.
Meanwhile, Aditya, who comes to live with the Bhallas (Raman's family), finds it difficult to adjust with the rest, who are depressed over Ruhi being taken away from them. He is seen blaming himself for being the reason behind the separation of the entire family from their loving daughter.
