The ongoing track of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" is revolving around Raman Bhalla (Karan Patel) and Ishita's (Divyanka Tripathi) legal battle with Nidhi (Pavitra Punia) over Ruhi's (Aditi Bhatia) custody. While Raman and Ishita have been trying their best to bring Ruhi back, according to reports, the upcoming episodes will leave the viewers stunned.
A Bollywood Life report said that Nidhi, who desperately wants Ruhi's custody, will throw a big party for the latter's birthday in the upcoming episodes. Raman, on the other hand, will make a collage of Ruhi's childhood pictures, in the hope that it would make her feel special. Raman's effort will work for Ruhi as the latter will become nostalgic after receiving the gift.
The report also said that while the Bhalla family will fail to convince Ruhi to return home, Ruhi, who loves Pihu (Ruhaanika Dhawan) a lot, will agree to return home after Pihu manages to persuade her to stay with them. However, it remains to be seen if Nidhi will let Ruhi stay with the Bhalla family.
Also, the story ahead will witness Raman and Ishita approaching a counsellor to help Ruhi get out of Nidhi's strong influence.
In other news, "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" made headlines recently after Pakistani Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), the body that monitors the content on television in Pakistan, had issued a notice to Pakistani channel Urdu1, which airs the series (originally telecast on Star Plus channel). The notice said that the episode aired on June 1 showed the characters engaging in obscene activities that violated the Electronic Media Ordinance 2015. The report said that if the channel fails to respond to PEMRA's notice till June 18, the body will take stern action.
