Divyanka Tripathi's fans have great reason to rejoice. The actress, who plays the role of Ishita Bhalla in the popular television show "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein", has confirmed that she is not quitting the show.
Reports stated that Divyanka was not happy with "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" taking a leap. While talking to a daily, Divyanka said that she is not ready to play the role of elderly mother. She further said that her fans might not like her in grey hair post leap.
Following that rumours started doing the rounds that Divyanka will quit. Her character will be detected with cancer, but she won't be shown dying.
"Ishita will be detected with cancer all of a sudden. The family will be shocked with the discovery. Her track might end, though she will not be shown dying. The cancer track will be wiping into a leap," Tellychakkar quoted a source as saying.
However, Divyanka confirmed that she is not leaving the show. While talking to a news channel, she said that there she had no clue about her exit, nor she had any communication with the producers regarding the same, according to India Today.
