In Star Plus' "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein," Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) has been awarded the death penalty after she was found guilty of murdering advocate Chaddha.
While viewers are anxious to know if the protagonist will be hanged, rumours have been doing the rounds that Karan Patel's character Raman will meet his end in the upcoming episodes.
Rumours are Raman, in order to save Ishita from being hanged, will throw her off a cliff and thereafter will shoot himself. With the end of Karan's character, the show will take a leap, after which Ishita will get married to ACP Abhishek (Vivek Dahiya) on the show.
However, it looks like the reports were baseless and Karan will continue with his role on the show. Divyanka, who is quite active on social media, took to her Twitter handle to refute the rumours.
The news will surely come as a relief to Karan's fans, who love to see him on the show.
Meanwhile, in the recent episodes of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein," Raman, who is trying his best to save his wife from being hanged, was seen approaching advocate Nidhi Chabra for help. Both Raman and Nidhi then decided to appeal to the Supreme Court.
On the other hand, Ishita's children Ruhi and Adi requested the jail's jallad (executioner), who was supposed to hang Ishita, to take a holiday as that will give them some time to rescue her from the prison. Although the jallad was initially opposed to the idea, he subsequently agreed to help them.
