The "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" team have a lot of fun when not working. Karan Patel, Anita Hassanandani, Divyanka Tripathi, and Amit Tandon are now gripped by the Dubsmash fever.
Dubsmash is an app which allows the user to create selfie videos lip-syncing to popular songs or dialogues.
While Divyanka chose Sonakshi Sinha's "thappad se darr nahi lagta" dialogue from Dabangg, Amit picked lines from Salman Khan's "Wanted". The newest "YHM" entrant was so thrilled with the experience that he uploaded another video with TV actress Mouni Roy enacting a scene from "Friends".
A few days ago, Anita and Karan lip-synced to "Who Let the Dogs Out" song by Baha Men which was liked and appreciated by the fans.
In other news, there's a strong buzz that Subbu's (Amit) entry is nothing, but to pull audience's focus away from Raman Bhalla (Karan) as the latter will be busy with his wedding preparations and shows such as "Gumraah Season 5" and "Nach Baliye 7".
Since there has been no confirmation on the matter as yet, this can be counted as a speculation.
Interestingly, Amit didn't get Subbu's role easily. Actors like Mrunal Jain, Eijaz Khan, and Aadesh Chowdhary had been considered for the role.
However, looks like the "YHM" is pretty excited about Karan and Ankita Bhargava's wedding, which is scheduled for 3 May.
"Our set is like a shaadi wala ghar, sasural (Karan) and maayka (Abhay Bhargava) dono hamari taraf se hai. All the preparations are taking place on the sets. Now we are deciding who will perform on what song at sangeet," Divyanka said, Deccan Chronicle reports.
