A few months ago, "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" actress Divyanka Tripathi's break-up with ex-boyfriend Ssharad Malhotra, triggered controversies.
While a few reports suggested he wasn't looking at settling down with the actress right away, others wrote the TV actor was cheating on Divyanka with "Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap" actress Rachna Parulkar.
Rachna had rubbished rumours then saying she had nothing to do with the couple's break-up, but Ssharad maintained a stern silence over the matter until recently when he opened up about the ongoing gossip about him dating his co-star.
"Being an actor, I take such news with a pinch of salt and move on. Today, I am linked up with my co-star, tomorrow with someone else and this journey goes on. The only important thing in my life is my parents. They know me very well and I try to keep them happy. The more they are happy, my world is happier," he told Daily Bhaskar in an interview, adding it's obvious for people to talk negative about those in limelight.
Meanwhile, Rachna said she never gives such gossips any attention. "We both are mature actors and we always knew that obviously if I had a breakup in the past, people will link me up with either co-star or my best friend. It's very normal process and we have learnt to deal with it," she explained.
In other news, both Divyanka and Ssharad confirmed their split to be a mutual one adding together they have created beautiful memories. The two had also requested the media not to unnecessarily speculate on what went wrong in their relationship as they believed it wasn't destined to last.
