'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' actress Divyanka Tripathi's split with long-time boyfriend Ssharad Malhotra left everyone in a shock. Contrary to what anyone would imagine, the TV star is enjoying singlehood and is strong enough to laugh off past heartbreaks.
Ekta Kapoor, recently posted a photo on her Instagram account asking her followers to name their exes using movie titles. While some had really funny names, things got interesting when Divyanka joined the party.
According to a Telly Chakkar report, here's what the actress wrote: "Kab tak chup rahungi/ Sharafat Chhod di maine/ Sharafat gai tel lene/ Khudgarz/ Sanam Bewafa/ Patthar ke sanam/ Namak Haraam/ Samay Bada Balwan/ Hum Kisi se kam nahi."
This isn't the first time that Divyanka has shown signs of moving on in life. Talking to The Times of India, she said the breakup wasn't corroding her mental peace adding that she was completed focused on work.
"I understand that people are interested to know about our personal lives. But it's my life. Nobody has lived those many beautiful years like I have lived. There are lots of circumstances around us. I want people to understand that," she further added.
Although Divyanka and Ssharad had, what one would call, an amicable split, it did trigger controversies. After it was reported the "Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap" star was cheating on her with co-star Rachna Parulkar, the latter clarified saying such was never the case.
"Just because my co-star has broken up with his partner you automatically think I am the guilty party? Gone are the days when you need a third person to cause a break-up. Sometime compatibility issues do crop up," Bollywood Life quoted Rachna as saying.
In other news, Divyanka posted a photo of her beautiful new rings calling herself 'engaged to life'. In her caption, she urged the women folk to be independent and happy.
