It's raining discounts in the Indian auto market, as auto majors are trying to push car sales in December. The latest car maker to announce exciting offers and benefits to customers is General Motors India.
Named 'Chevrolet Blockbuster, the limited period offer is available on entire range of products except Captiva SUV. The offer includes cash discount, loyalty bonus, exchange bonus and corporate discounts which add up to the range of ₹ 55,000 to ₹ 85,500.
"It is our endeavor to offer customers complete value for their purchase and hence we have announced delightful offers for customers who choose to own a Chevrolet this December," Zee News quoted Rajesh Singh, Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Service, General Motors India.
While the Enjoy MPV gets benefit of upto ₹85,500, models like Beat hatchback and the all-new Sail sedan and hatchback come with benefit up to ₹ 83,000 and ₹55,000 respectively. Besides, Tavera MPV gets an offer upto ₹55,000 and the benefits on Cruze premium sedan and Spark hatchback range from ₹60,000 to ₹ 68,000.
Other auto majors like Ford and Hyundai are already offering heavy discounts and offers on their models to lure buyers.
In another development, it was reported recently that auto giant GM has issued a recall of its executive sedan Cruze to fix a problem with the PVC bracket that holds the wiring in place in the engine bay. Although the company has not released a press statement yet on the same, reports suggest that the GM has started communicating to the owners of the affected vehicles.
