The wedding celebrations of Yash and Radhika Pandit have been kick-started on Monday, 5 December 2016. It was kick-started with 'chapparada pooje' at the groom's residence in Bengaluru.
The couple will head to an undisclosed location with their family members, relatives and close friends for the sangeet and mehendi ceremonies. It will be held on the outskirts of Bengaluru on Tuesday, 6 December.
Yash and Radhika Pandit's relatives will come up with a dance performance at the sangeet ceremony. Choreographer Murali is in charge of the performances for the songs from Yash and Radhika Pandit's films.
"We are following a mela (fair) theme for the evening and the whole set-up is going to be very desi, right from the colour schemes, which includes very vibrant hues like yellow and hot pink. It is an outdoor event and the food served will be desi as well. Even the seating arrangement is on the lawn, with mats and bolster pillows. Since the mehendi and sangeet are clubbed on the same day — one having a mela feel and the other a more party-like ambiance — both of us are wearing Indo-Western outfits," the Times of India quotes Radhika as saying.
Yash and Radhika Pandit's marriage will be held on 9 December. Sandalwood is expected to be in full attendance.

The couple is throwing a two-day reception party; one for celebrities and relatives and other for the couple's fans and the general public on December 11.
