Home-grown smartphone maker Xolo has launched a new affordable selfie-centric handset Opus 3 in India.
The new Xolo Opus 3 sports 5.0 HD IPS screen and runs on the Android 4.4.2 KitKat, 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB) and a 2,500mAh battery, which can power the phone up to 23 hours of talk-time and close to 550 hours under stand-by mode.
As said before, the main USP of Opus 3 is its front-camera. It boasts a feature-rich 5mp wide-angle 88-degree camera, so that the user will be able to capture wider area in the photo. And on the rear-side, it houses a 8mp camera with Sony Exmor R sensor and dual-LED flash light for low-light conditions.
Xolo Opus 3 Price and Availability:
The company has confirmed that Xolo Opus 3 has been made available at all authorised retail counters and modern trade outlets, including brick-and-mortar stores as well as online shops across India for just ₹8,499.
Competition:
With a sub-8,500 price tag, Xolo Opus 3 will be competing with the likes of Microsoft Lumia 535, Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, Lava Iris Selfie 50, Panasonic Eluga S and other domestic rivals.
