Indian smartphone firm, Xolo has officially launched a budget handset A600 in India.
Xolo A600 sports 4.5-inch qHD (540x960p) IPS display with pixel density of 245 ppi (pixels per inch), and runs on the Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS out-of-the-box.
Under-the-hood, it packs 1.3-GHz dual-core processor, Mali-400MP GPU, 512MB RAM, 4GB (expandable up to 32GB), 1900 mAh battery which can give back for up to 22 hours of talk time and close to 650 hours on standby mode.
The budget phone houses 5.0-megapixel camera with auto-focus and LED flash, whereas on the front side, it flaunts a 0.3-megapixel. On connectivity front, it boasts of dual-SIM slots, 3G network support, Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n), Bluetooth v3.0, USB v2.0 and A-GPS.
The Xolo A600 is priced ₹8,199 and is said to hit stores in India soon. With a competitive price-tag, the new Xolo will be competing with MNC brands like Nokia's Lumia 520, and its budget Asha series handsets as well as Samsung's Star Pro, Galaxy Young and local counter parts Micromax Canvas Lite A92, Canvas Music A88, Canvas Fun A76, and Karbonn Titanium S2.
