After reducing the price of the Mi A2 Android One series, Xiaomi, as part of the five year anniversary announced to slash Rs 4000 off on the Redmi Note 5 Pro in India.

The company also revealed that consumers bought more than 1 crore units of Redmi Note 5 series (including Pro version) since the launch in early 2018, making it Xiaomi's all-time best selling phone model to date.

Interested consumers can buy Redmi Note 5 Pro—4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 64GB storage for Rs 12,999 and  Rs 13,999 against original MRP Rs 15,999 and Rs 17,999, respectively. This discount offer is valid on all platforms—mi.com, Flipkart, Amazon and offline Mi partner stores across India.

With the price cut, the Redmi Note 5 Pro is best value-for-money mid-range camera phone in the market. Yes, people can still go for the Redmi Note 5 Pro now, even though the successor Redmi Note 6 Pro is already available, as the latter has moderate upgrade. You won't miss much in the former.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with a visually appealing phone. It flaunts a 5.99-inch full HD+ (2160x1080p) FullView screen with 18:9 aspect ratio and boasts high-grade metallic shell on the back. It not only brings stability to the structure but also exudes a premium feel when held in hand.
