The highly expected competitor to the Xiaomi range of affordable flagship smartphones, the Meizu M5 Note has is now rumoured to be launching as early as December 6, 2016. This smartphone is expected to compete with Xiaomi's Mi Note series of devices.
USP of Meizu, which is yet another Chinese brand, is that the brand's offerings are mostly low-cost in order to cater to buyers stuck with shoestring budgets. Now, as per a GizmoChina report, that quotes an apparent official teaser image, the Meizu M5 Note would be launched in an event on December 6.
The latest information puts to rest earlier rumors that had tipped at a November 30 release date for Meizu's M5 Note. As far as technical aspects are concerned, the phone could feature the below technicalities:
- 5.5-inch display
- Google Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system
- MediaTek Helio SoC
- 13MP rear camera
- 5MP front camera
- 3GB RAM
- 32GB internal storage
- MicroSD card slot for expansion of internal storage
As far as its pricing is concerned, the Meizu M5 Note is expected (by loyalists of Chinese brand smartphones) to come with a competitive price tag whose exact details are yet to surface at this point in time.
