Xiaomi released the second generation fitness tracker Mi Band on September 27 in India.
Xiaomi's new Mi Band 2 boasts OLED display with touch button. By tapping the button, user can alternatively view step counts, time and heart rate right from the wrist, a huge upgrade over its predecessor, where user had to pair with the smartphone to view the statistics.
Another notable improvement is its battery, Mi Band 2 is capable of running for close to 20 days with a single charge.
Mi Band 2 is now available on Amazon India and the company's official e-store Mi.com from Tuesday onwards.
Earlier in the week, Xiaomi officially released the company's first smart home appliance dubbed as Mi Air Purifier 2. It can be grabbed for Rs. 9,999.
Mi Purifier 2 sports eye-catching design and it is portable, as well. It weighs less than 5kg and measures 240 x 240 x 520 mm in size, taking less space than an A4-size sheet.

Later today, Xiaomi is scheduled launch the new flagship smartphone Mi Mi 5s in Beijing.
It is coming with major upgrades both in terms of outer looks and internal hardware.
